Browser-direct APK uploads
Admin can now drag-and-drop APKs into /dashboard/admin/apks — no more SCP. Files stream directly to the VPS via HMAC-signed URLs (bypasses Vercel's request size limits).

Email notifications via Resend
Customers now get email when their phone provisions, when a support ticket gets a reply, and (coming soon) 24h before expiry.

Vercel cron config was missing — expired rentals were lingering. Now runs daily at 03:00 UTC.
