By accessing or using GuIltyHub (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you disagree with any part, you may not use the Service.

You must be at least 13 years old to use GuIltyHub. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement and that all information you provide is accurate.

3. Account & Security

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials safe. Do not share your account, cookies, or VIP keys. GuIltyHub is not liable for losses resulting from unauthorized account use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to: (a) use the Service for illegal purposes; (b) attempt to gain unauthorized access; (c) abuse the platform with spam, harassment, or malicious content; (d) resell credits or accounts without authorization.

5. Credits & Purchases

Credits are a virtual currency used inside GuIltyHub. They have no real-world cash value and are non-refundable except as required by law. Stripe handles all payment processing; refund requests are reviewed case-by-case.

6. Roblox Relationship

GuIltyHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Roblox Corporation. "Roblox" is a registered trademark of Roblox Corporation. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the Service does not violate Roblox's Terms of Service.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms at any time, without notice.

8. Changes

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
