Cloud phones

What exactly am I renting?

A real Android 13 phone running 24/7 in our datacenter. You access it through your browser at guiltyhub.lol/dashboard/phones — no installs on your computer. It comes with Roblox preinstalled and an open-source Play Store frontend (Aurora Store) so you can install any other Android app.

How fast does the phone boot after I pay?

Around 60 seconds. The Stripe webhook triggers container provisioning, Android boots inside the container, and the live stream becomes available in your dashboard. You'll see a 'Booting your phone' status during this.

Can I run multiple phones?

Yes — each is a separate rental. Most customers run 1–5 phones. Power users with large alt fleets run 20+. Pricing scales linearly; no bulk discount yet but it's on the roadmap.

Will Roblox detect that I'm using a virtual phone?

No. Each phone is its own Android device with a unique device ID, MAC address, and IMEI. From Roblox's perspective each phone is a different player. We don't ship any bots or exploits — just a clean Android with Roblox Mobile.

What's the difference between hourly and monthly billing?

Daily: pay per day, phone auto-shuts down when time's up, ideal for short tasks. Monthly: keeps the phone always-on, ideal for AFK farms / daily-login alts. Yearly: same as monthly with 2 months free.

What happens at expiry?

Status flips to 'expired' and the phone stops. There's a 24-hour grace window where you can renew and keep your data. After that the container is deleted.

Can I get ADB access?

Yes. Your phone's dashboard shows the ADB host:port. Run `adb connect <host>:<port>` from your machine for a full shell. Great for power users automating tasks.

What if my phone fails to boot?

Automatic refund — no ticket needed. The Stripe charge reverses within a minute and you'll see status 'failed' on the dashboard.

Account manager (desktop app)

Is GuIltyHub Account Manager really free?

Yes, the Free tier supports up to 15 simultaneous Roblox instances and 20 saved accounts. VIP ($4.99/mo) unlocks 25 instances and unlimited accounts; VIP+ goes unlimited everything.

Does it work on Mac or Linux?

The desktop app is Windows-only because it integrates with Roblox's Windows-specific multi-instance bypass. Mac/Linux users can use our cloud phones (browser-based, works everywhere) instead.

Are my account cookies encrypted?

Yes, AES-encrypted with Windows DPAPI (machine-bound). Cookies never leave your machine in plaintext. You can also set a master password for extra protection.

Will my Roblox accounts get banned for multi-instance?

Multi-instance itself isn't a TOS violation — it's running multiple windows of a game you already own. Banned scenarios are tied to in-game behavior (exploits, scripting in non-permitted games), not the launcher.

Pricing & billing

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — monthly subscriptions cancel from your dashboard. You keep access until the period ends. Daily rentals just expire naturally.

Do you offer refunds?

Phones that fail to provision get automatic refunds. First-time daily rentals get a no-questions-asked refund within 24 hours if you're unhappy. Monthly subscriptions don't refund unused time but cancel anytime.

What payment methods?

All major credit/debit cards via Stripe (USD), plus Apple Pay and Google Pay. Crypto (USDC, BTC, ETH) for accounts > $50 via Stripe-bridged checkout.

Where can I see invoices?

Stripe sends an email receipt for every charge. Your dashboard's Wallet page shows running totals. We can resend any past receipt from a support ticket.

Security & privacy

Can other customers see my phone?

No. Each phone is an isolated Docker container — separate filesystem, separate network, no shared anything. We've never had a cross-customer leak.

Is the browser stream encrypted?

Yes — TLS end-to-end via Cloudflare Tunnel. The stream URL is HMAC-signed per rental, bound to your specific phone, and expires every hour automatically. Even if a customer shares their URL it can't be used to view anyone else's phone.

Do you read my chat / dashboard data?

We can't decrypt your Roblox cookies (encrypted client-side). Dashboard data (rentals, transactions) is admin-only. We do log API requests for abuse detection — retention is 30 days.

What if my account is hacked?

Open a ticket immediately. We can freeze the account, force a logout of all sessions, and reset 2FA. Email us at support@guiltyhub.lol for urgent cases.

How do I report a bug?

Open a ticket with category 'Bug report'. Include the URL, steps to reproduce, and a screenshot. Bugs filed with reproduction steps get fixed within 48 hours typically.

Can I become a reseller?

Yes — visit /resellers to read the program details and apply via ticket. We approve most legit applications within 24 hours.
