About GuIltyHub

We build the tools we wished existed when we were running 30 alts ourselves.

GuIltyHub started as a side project to manage one founder's stack of Roblox alt accounts. It turned into account-manager software, then cloud Android hosting, then a marketplace stack. Today it's used by thousands of Roblox players who want their alts to behave like infrastructure, not toys.

How we work

Four principles that show up in every product decision.

Account safety first

We never store plaintext cookies, never log into your accounts, and never resell user data. The Account Manager encrypts everything with DPAPI before it touches disk.

Speed of iteration

We ship every weekday. Customer reports a bug in the morning, you'll usually see the fix in production by evening. The /updates page tracks it all.

Bring-your-own infrastructure

The desktop app and cloud phones are designed for power users to scale on their own hardware. Public API + ADB access + reseller tier for anyone building on top.

Real people, real replies

Open a ticket and a human responds, usually within the hour during business hours. No AI deflection, no template responses, no escalation tiers.

Independent & community-funded

No VCs, no investors, no ad networks. Every dollar of revenue comes from people paying for tools they actually use — VIP subscriptions, cloud phone rentals, API plans, the credit shop. That keeps us aligned with our customers, not a quarterly board meeting.

Our roadmap is mostly community-driven. Suggestions flow in from Discord and tickets; the ones with the most demand and the least scope creep get shipped first. The /updates page has the receipts on what we've actually shipped lately.

If you want to help build, we hire from the community. Senior engineers, content creators, support people — the best Discord regulars usually end up on the team. Drop in.
